Frank is responsible for Apogee’s vision and ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed of market positioning.

Andrew Cox

Cfo

Andrew is responsible for all of Apogee’s financial aspects including overseeing the finance and accounting team, as well as advising senior leadership on the strategic financial direction and investments.

Cord Cohee

VP Of Operations

Cord executes Apogee’s strategic and financial vision to generate value for Apogee’s national security customers in Special Operations, Strategic Command and Control, Space, and Cyber through program execution and growth in Apogee’s core capability areas of  Adaptive Acquisition, Mission Operations, and Digital Transformation.

VP Of GROWTH

Pete’s role focuses on advancing Apogee’s transition into the unrestricted federal market, as well as leading the company’s long-term strategic growth initiatives. As Apogee continues to expand in our market presence, Pete will lead accelerating new business to position the company as an industry leader in defense innovation and solutions.

VP of Core Growth

Andrew leads business development and capture teams, new market penetration strategies, aggressive growth models and is responsible for key opportunity ownership, strategic development, and team mentorship.

Joanne Spring

VP OF FINANCE & Accounting

Joanne is responsible for entire compliance, cost management, budget development, and financial estimating strategies in line with corporate goals.

Anitra Simmons

Director Of PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Anitra leads program execution and growth of Apogee’s Adaptive Acquisition and Mission Operations portfolios, as well as program excellence for all Apogee operations through her leadership of Apogee’s Operations Program Management Office and Apogee’s Quality Management System.

Shelley Warner

Director Of Human Capital

Shelley leads a broad team responsible for creating, implementing, and improving human resources and talent acquisition strategies.

Josh Reid

DireCTOR OF INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

Josh is responsible for continuously enhancing Apogee’s use of technology to improve corporate operations and expanding innovative technology offerings to customers.

Michael Haddad

Director Of Contracts

Michael is responsible for all aspects of contract management including negotiations, management of prime and subcontracts, acquisitions, and contract law.

Stacey Bekker

Director of Project Control

Stacey leads the Project Control team and manages federal contract accounting and auditing; she is responsible for driving financial performance and operational success for Apogee.
