As Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services prime contractor, Apogee:
- Developed, acquired, delivered, and modernized Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) sensors for USAF and International Partners worldwide
- Provided sensors, nuclear forensics, and advanced analytics expertise to lead the US Prompt Diagnostics System (USPDS)
- Identified, led, and matured pre-Milestone B technology development programs demonstrating GEOINT and SIGINT Technology Readiness Levels 4-7
- Managed development and integration of compression/decompression algorithms delivering airborne ISR data at the edge for the warfighter and intelligence community
As ACC/A2 Advisory and Technical Assistance Services prime contractor, Apogee:
- Advanced AF’s Intelligence Analysis, Targeting, and Collection Enterprises with key initiatives like Sensor Orchestration, Non-Kinetic Targeting, Object Based Production, Sensor-to-Shooter Kill Web Automation, Open Source Intelligence, and Project Nexus
- Led digital transformation of AF Intelligence including implementing cloud instantiations of Atlassian automation tools at multiple classification levels and served as the Program Management Office for ACC’s Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) Enterprise
- Provided deep Subject Matter Expertise across GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, OSINT, HUMINT disciplines to create multi-discipline Sensor-to-Shooter/Kill Chain Automation capabilities
- Crafted policy and strategic planning for AF Intelligence Community, such as AF Managed Attribution (MA) Account and Policy Guidance memorandum and Targeting Reachback Handbooks
- Guided planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and modernization of the nearly $10B AF Globally Integrated ISR (GIISR) portfolio
As Acquisition Support, Systems Engineering, and Technological Services prime contractor, Apogee:
- Conducted EADSIM and AFSIM-based Modeling and Simulation (M&S) of threat systems and engagement scenarios, and verification and validation to assess effectiveness of future strategic command, control, and communications software
- Provided engineering, programmatic, and security management expertise to design, build, and obtain accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP)-certified facilities
- Managed platform, infrastructure, and architecture support of Rogue Blue Software development factory to generate mission planning and C2 applications for USSTRATCOM
- Pioneered Fast-Track Authority to Operate (ATO) process to accelerate Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization as cybersecurity experts for USSTRATCOM’s portfolio of IT systems and components
As prime contractor for the $400M+ SOF AT&L Support Services contract, Apogee:
- Provided agile and adaptive acquisition expertise, including rapid prototyping and fielding techniques, to deliver over 100 aircraft, 700 tactical vehicles, 20M munitions, 3000 radios, and 600 ISR kits at the speed of SOF each year
- Discovered, matured, and transitioned relevant technologies for SOF, including next generation ISR, precision strike, mobility, network and data management, and biotechnologies
- Performed protocol, administrative, and financial management services for the two-star equivalent Acquisition Executive, Program Executive Officers, and staff responsible for planning, programming, budgeting, and executing $45B portfolio
- Architected and designed SOF Situational Awareness and C2 System of Systems enabling more effective decision making from tactical to strategic echelons
