At Apogee, our number one goal is to attract the best talent in the national security and defense solutions space. With that, we have launched an External Referral Bonus Program to expand our recruitment outreach. Even if you’re not an Apogee employee you can still get paid for referring great candidates to us! Know someone who has a passion for excellence and is interested in working with us? Follow the process below to refer them.
External referral program– Earn $5,000 for Every Successful Hire!
How it works in 4 simple steps:
1. View Eligible Positions
View our list of eligible job openings that qualify for a $5,000 referral bonus.
2. REFER a friend
Select the job you want to refer a friend to from our list of eligible openings. When the job opens, select “Submit a Referral”. Complete the fields for your contact information and your referral’s contact information, then click “Submit Referral”. This will send your referral an email through our job openings portal and will take them directly to the job you referred them to. Make sure yours and their contact information is accurate to ensure a smooth referral process.
3. Ensure your information is accurate
Your referral must apply directly through our online portal. To ensure a smooth process, make sure your name is included on their application when they are asked if being referred.
4. Earn a $5,000 Referral bonus!
Once your referral is hired and completes 90 days of employment, HR will contact you to complete a 1099 form to receive payment. Payment is received after 90 days of employment.
