Our referral programs make it easy to help grow Apogee’s team and get rewarded for it. Current Apogee employees can earn tiered referral bonuses for approved roles, and outside referrers can submit qualified candidates for select openings that qualify for a higher one-time reward. Learn how to submit, what positions qualify, and how payments are processed.

External referral program
Earn $5,000 for every successful hire!
How it works in 4 simple steps:
1. View Eligible Positions
View our list of eligible job openings that qualify for a $5,000 referral bonus.
2. REFER a friend
- Select the eligible job you want to refer someone to
- When that job’s page is open, click Submit Referral
- Fill in your contact info and your referral’s contact info, then click Submit Referral to send the portal email and direct them to the job.
- Double‑check both sets of contact details before submitting to avoid delivery problems.
3. Ensure your information is accurate
Your referral must apply directly through our online portal. To ensure a smooth process, make sure your name is included on their application when they are asked if being referred.
4. Earn a $5,000 Referral bonus!
Once your referral is hired and completes 90 days of employment, HR will contact you to complete a 1099 form to receive payment. Payment is received after 90 days of employment.
Internal referral program
Bonuses starting at $1000 for indirect jobs and starting at $2500 for direct jobs.
Apogee employees can earn a referral bonus for qualified candidates on approved requisitions.
SUBMIT EARLY
The referral must be submitted before the candidate has applied. There is a link on the job board for employees to submit via Apogee’s applicant tracking system, iCIMS.
CANDIDATE STATUS
The candidate generally must not have been in Apogee’s ATS/recruiting pipeline within the prior 12 months.
PAYMENT
Both the referred and referring employee must be employed for 90 days post hire; paid through payroll and subject to applicable taxes/withholdings.
Multiple referrals
If multiple referrals are submitted for the same candidate, Talent Acquisition will work with the candidate and referring employees to determine who should receive the referral.
